Quick Update Using Random Scraps

spirit_armorWell, Lucky Star's starting to look up. Episode 2 was pretty amusing, though I'm flabbergasted at the sheer number of parodies and references that they're starting to pack in. I can remember six to seven instances off the top of my head from that episode alone, some more blatant than others. Between Lucky Star and Hayate the Combat Butler (and even one memorable instance on Manabi Straight), I'm starting to think that this is the season for in-jokes.
Sent in the third attempt for an app on GateMUSH, after changing an incredible amount of stuff around- having to swap source material is a blessing and a curse (it's a long story). Let's just say that incidentally, if the staffers post any clarifications regarding apps for AU characters, it's totally my fault. XD;
Also bought Pokemon Diamond, because as mentioned before, I'm a total maniac for monster-catching games. I may be in the minority here, but I'm honestly digging a number of the new designs. Especially for the starters- we have 1) the Discworld Turtle, 2) the Journey to the West monkey ON FIRE, and 3) Super Robot Penguin Pringer X. What's there not to like?
